Delivery

Once you have pre-ordered your Active Fun In a Box, you will receive your on or after Friday 6th August. A member of The Active Hour team (local delivery only) will ring the doorbell or knock on the door and leave your box on the door step in a socially distanced way. All other orders will be delivered by our courier.  

During the order process we will let you know when we intend to deliver your box to you; this will generally be between the hours of 08:00 and 19:00 on a Monday to Sunday. Our Active Fun In a Box deliveries (local only) will start on Friday 6th August. 

Time of delivery will be confirmed the evening before the agreed delivery date (local delivery only). 

If you have a particular day/time in mind for delivery please state when making your booking and we'll do our best to accommodate, but we can't guarantee this. 

Prices are based on a delivery radius within 15 miles of Lisburn City Centre. For a price in your area please contact us.
